4.2 Payment must be made in full at the time of order unless otherwise agreed. We accept visa, mastercard (debit & credit) and payment via BACS.
4.3 Our minimum order quantities are specified within each product page, with tiered wholesale discounts available in most cases. Please contact our sales team for more details.
4.4 Prices are displayed in GBP (£), excluding VAT unless otherwise stated.

5.1 We ship products within the UK and internationally. Delivery times and costs vary depending on the destination and order size. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
5.2 All orders will have an associated processing time before dispatch (this is displayed on each individual product page).
5.3 Risk of loss and title for the products pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier.

6.1 We offer a 30 day return policy for single item purchases if the product is faulty or not as described. Please contact us to arrange a return.
6.2 For wholesale orders, returns are only accepted in cases of defective products. Please inspect all items upon receipt and notify us of any issues within 7 days.
6.3 Refunds will be processed within 14 days after we receive the returned item(s) in their original condition.

7.1 By ordering multiples of any one product, you designate yourself as a wholesale customer. Please contact us for more information on bulk pricing and wholesale terms.
7.2 All wholesale orders are subject to our review and approval. We may request additional information or documentation before accepting a wholesale order.
